Trying to upload new employee prior payment history for 2022, click the link to enter it and it freezes/doesnt load the page so i am unable to enter it, how can i fix it?

Adding the prior 2022 payroll history for an employee is imperative to keep your books accurate and up to date. I'd be happy to help you with getting this information entered.

 

The reason your QuickBooks is freezing or not loading the page properly could be due to your browsers health. Occasionally your cache and cookies can get corrupted or damaged which can cause your browser to not function properly. In order to fix this you'll need to clear your cache and cookies and try opening your QuickBooks in a private browser such as Google Chromes Incognito mode.
