Hello useriggthorne,

It's great to see that you're using time tracking with QuickBooks Online. With how you've described what's going on with this prompt about approving time, it sounds like you may be using QuickBooks Time alongside QuickBooks Online. I'm here to direct you to help make sure you're able to use these two services together without issue.

To start, I'd like to do some basic troubleshooting. Since these services are based in the cloud, sometimes things like cached files, browser type, and so forth can impact the way they're working and what information they're displaying for you. With that in mind, please go through the following one-by-one to see if they help.

If those aren't doing the trick, the next best step is to contact support to work with a team member one-on-one so we can get a better sense of your circumstances and how to guide you. I recommend starting with QuickBooks Time support if you're indeed using that. That way, you can be sure that everything is okay from that side of the equation. This article can help: Contact QuickBooks Time support
