For me to assist you further and resolve with this issue, may I ask if you received an error while running payroll?

 

If you have an active payroll and still unable to run payroll, it could be the the browser's cache needs to be cleared. That's why you're unable to run payroll.

 

Let’s use a private browser to help confirm if the cache is causing the problem. Using private window allows you to do a clean search, free from the influence of previous browsing history and network. As alternative, you can use other supported browsers.

 

Here's how to use private browser:

 

  • For Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N

 

  • For Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox : Press Ctrl + Shift + P

 

  • For Safari: Press Command + Shift + N

 

If the steps above works, recommended to clear your browser's cache to delete previous accessed data saved from your regular browser.

 

If you still receive an error after following the steps provided above, I suggest contacting out Customer Support Team. They have the tool to check and investigate your account.
