I can't seem to update my payroll tax table, no matter what I seem to do it says expries on 06/30/2023. I have QB Desktop Pro 2021.

I am having the same problem except I have Desktop 2022 right now.  When I try to update to Desktop 2023 and enter my product number (and I know how to do that) it keeps saying wrong product number.
