Question

Vacation is calculating on overtime hours. Based on our provincial rules, it should only be calculating on regular pay. How do I correct this ?

Based on what you've described, I see you benefiting more by contacting our support team outside of the Community. A specialist will also be able to share your screen and help you further with this. Otherwise, it's important to note the vacation policies differ according to the provinces. I highly recommend checking that your employee is set up under the correct province. The reason I suggest this is that in Ontario, both hourly pay and overtime are considered vacationable earnings while in Alberta, hourly pay is considered vacationable earnings but overtime is not.
