We are a nonprofit and have to keep track of several different funding streams we organize into projects. Can employee hours be separated into different projects too?

Welcome back to the Community. I'd be happy to answer your question about projects. 

 

QuickBooks Online allows you to separate employee hours into the different projects. To do this, you'll need to create the project and after you've done this, you can enter the Employee hours under the Time Activity tab.
