We do monthly payroll however I have an employee that quit and need to run his final payroll cheque and issue an ROE. How do I do this without running my entire payroll?

QuickBooks Online Payroll provides the option to run unscheduled pay runs. I recommend taking a look at this article for more details and instructions on how to proceed. Once you've created the final pay cheque, you can terminate your employee and create an ROE.
