Hello there, jaredhack-149.

There’s an on-going issue where users are unable to process payroll. Our engineers are currently working on fixing the Payroll feature as soon as possible.

In the meantime, log in to the account using the incognito mode or the InPrivate window. From there, create paycheques for the employees.

The process differs depending on the browser you’re using. Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl+Shift+N for Google Chrome.
  • Press Ctrl+Shift+P for Internet Explorer or Firefox.
  • Hold down Command+Shift+N for Safari.

If you're able to run payroll, shift back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This procedure will boost the performance of the application.

However, if the issue persists, I suggest contacting our QBO Care Team. They have to collect personal data to add your company to the list of affected users.

You'll receive an email once there's progress about the issue. The information gathered will help our product engineers determine the number of affected users.

Here’s how to reach them:

  1. In your QBO company, go to the Help menu to select the Contact Us link.
  2. Enter contact support in the field box, and then click on the Let's Talk button.
  3. In the contact us window, choose how you want to reach our support: Get a callback or Start a chat.
  4. Provide this number for easy tracking: INV-31645.

I'm also adding an article with detailed information on how to balance incoming revenues and generate profits in your business: QuickBooks Small Business Centre.

I want to make sure you're taken care of, so please let me know if you need anything at all. I’m always ready to help you. Have a good one.
