When does Auto Pay withdraw funds for payroll (how far in advance)? Our payroll is tomorrow and nothing has been withdrawn yet.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a dynamic feature for paying your staff with confidence.  I'll be happy to provide more information on the direct deposit option so you're on the right track with your work!

Once you've set up direct deposit for your employees, you'll need to submit payroll at least two banking days before the pay date.  You'll receive a confirmation e-mail for the direct deposit the day before your employees are paid.  If you've allowed access for your employees to see their paystubs through Workforce, they won't have the information until the pay date.  Here's a helpful article with additional payroll FAQ's.
