When taking a snap shot on my mobile devise for receipts, i have an option for tax included or excluded.if i open this snapshot on a computer that option is not there

If you're seeing different results within the app and the browser version, I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if this resolves the issue, as sometimes browsing data can accumulate and prevent the software from doing what it is supposed to do. Here are some steps you can try:

2. Switch to a different browser.
3. Try in a private browser (Incognito)
