When will payroll be updated with new 2020 tax, CPP and EI rates? Tried to run payroll but doesn't match the CRA online calculator?

The 2020 payroll tax tables were released late December and should automatically be running in your account when processing 2020 pay runs. One important thing to verify when you're running payroll is that the cheque dates are for 2020, which lets the program know which version of the tax table to use to calculate your pay runs.

Other troubleshooting steps you can take include clearing your browser or app's cache and making sure you're using a supported browser. As QuickBooks Online and it's payroll add-ons are based in the cloud, these steps are useful for making sure there aren't Internet files with outdated data causing issues. I have this issue as well, and am unsure how to fix it. I cleared my cashe, and it is still out. :-(
