Where do employees go to view their check stub when they are on direct deposit?

QuickBooks is a one-stop-shop program for managing your payroll. The program offers the flexibility for you staff to be able to view their paystubs online. Rest assured, I'd be glad to give you a hand with this. 

Based on what you've described, I recommend sending an invite again by following the steps below:

 1. Log in to QuickBooks Online.
    2. From the left, select the Payroll >  Employees menu.

•         For a new employee, select Add an employee.
•         For an existing employee, select the employee’s name, then select the pencil icon next to Pay.

    3. In Personal info section, add your employee’s email address, then select Invite this employee to view their pay stubs online.
    4. Select Done. The invitation will be emailed to your employee. Once they accept the invite, you’ll see a message "Good news! Your employee is ready to view their pay stubs online" in Personal info section.

Note: If you need to resend a Workforce invite, you can go back to this screen, then select Resend. Check out this article for more info. Let me know if you have questions.
