Where do I go to make 1 location to be the default?

My client has 2 locations....we need to make the owner the default....how do I do this?

I wanted to help you out with this location concern. In order for me to do so, I will need your help to clarify a few things.

 

Can you please share some more insights about this concern? When you said client, are you referring to a customer or business you do accounting for or is it someone you sell products to? Also, are you referring to the client's address or the location feature in QuickBooks? Any information will help me out. 

 

For now, if you're tracking classes and location, there isn't a way to add a default location under a customer profile. You can add these departments to the line items of a transaction for reporting purposes. Here's an article that talks about how to set up and use location tracking in QuickBooks Online.
