Where has the PD7A form gone? It used to be in Payroll Taxes>monthly forms, but this option is no longer there in QBO Accountant.

QuickBooks Online helps save you so much time and effort with your bookkeeping tasks, and it's great that you're using it in conjunction with Payroll. I know how important it is to access payroll forms such as your PD7A. I'd be happy to explain what may be happening here.

You've listed the correct steps towards locating the PD7A, as it's still located in the Taxes section > Payroll Taxes > Monthly forms. 

If you're not seeing the option to access your PD7A anymore, try some browser troubleshooting to rule out the possibility that your browser simply isn't loading the option properly. 

1. Clear the cache and cookies to remove stored Internet files.

2. Use an Incognito window in Google Chrome.

3. Try an alternative browser.
