Why am I deducting CPP from my hourly employee’s wages when they haven’t yet earned the basic exemption amount?

I got same issue, The CPP calculated by QBO in May is not correct, I checked the CPP amount with PDOC of CRA, CPP in QBO is always larger than PDOC's CPP amount
