Why am I getting an error message when update an employee's vacation policy? I have signed out and back in multiple times.

QuickBooks Online makes payroll a breeze, and allows you to easily enter employees and set up their vacation policies. Running into error messages is never fun, and I know how important it is to be able to edit your employee's vacation policy. I'd be happy to share a few troubleshooting steps you can try in order to resolve this issue. 

 

The error message, "We hit a snag", can often be resolved with some typical browser troubleshooting steps. Sometimes the stored Internet files in the browser can build-up and cause bugs in the background of the websites you're visiting. Try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser by following the steps here: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online

 

If the issue persists, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private browsing mode that operates separately from the main browser, and it doesn't get impacted by stored cache and cookies. Here's more information about that and how to use it: Browse in Private. You should also try using multiple different browsers.
