Why are all employees showing up as "Incomplete" after I have entered all requested information, and cleared cache?

Just starting with QB online. Have entered all requested employee info - there are not yellow highlight markers in any area, but all employees show "Incomplete". I have cleared browser cache as this was a suggested solution, but no change. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the QuickBooks family!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a dynamic way to pay your staff with confidence.  It's important that you're able to add your employees without concerns or delays.  In this situation, I encourage you to contact us outside of Community.  Our Customer Care team will work with you directly and ensure you're able to complete the employee set up, so you can pay your staff on time.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
