Why are you double charging me? You been taking 2 payments for the last couple months

I'm happy to see you've noticed this. It's important for any business to know where their money is going, and QuickBooks Online aims to make this simple. You should only get charged once per account, so please reach out to an agent using one of the methods below as soon as you can. They'll be able to take a look at your billing profile to see where the charges are coming from.

Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback (Note: Callback hours are the same as regular phone hours.)
