Why can I not view and print out a Report called Payroll Summary... the page is blank and last payroll it looked different as well.

When you run into these kinds of issues with QuickBooks Online, where something isn't displaying properly or is a blank page, it can often be chalked up to a cache, browser, or Internet-related issue. Because of that, I have a series of troubleshooting steps that I recommend you go through to see if they resolve the problem.

I've seen the kind of issue you describe of the page being blank for that report when using the QuickBooks Online app for Windows/Mac, so if that's what you're using, please switch to a browser instead. This is particularly important now that the Windows/Mac app has been discontinued and is no longer supported.
