Welcome back, jls49,

My goal is to ensure you're able to see the data you're looking for in reports in QuickBooks Online. I know that for payroll in particular, reports are a useful way to see a comprehensive breakdown of the data for your employees and for remittances. Since you're not seeing any data when looking at your payroll reports, I've got a few ideas for troubleshooting.

Having more detail about what exactly is happening when you try to run payroll reports is ideal for more quickly solving what's going on. With the information here, it sounds like your reports may be blank when you run them. If that's the case, here are some things to consider.

When running reports of any kind, making sure you have the appropriate date range is one of the key factors. Changing the date to something else is as easy as using the date range options at the top of the report or using the options in the Customize option, also found in the header. This article has more details about payroll reports specifically: Run payroll reports

If everything appears fine with the filters and date options, here are cache and Internet troubleshooting steps you can try. After each, run the report again to see if the information populates.
