Question

Why can't I see a Category drop-down when I create or edit a product/service? I have clicked on Switch now in the Product/services list. My role is primary admin.

Hi office-iaf-world,

 

Welcome to Community!  Having the category options for your transactions in QuickBooks Online, is necessary to ensure your transactions are accurate.  I would be glad to help!

 

If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser.  This will help improve system performance and web page loading times.  In addition, I recommend trying another browser such as, Firefox, Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, or a private/incognito window.  

Should you experience the same outcome, please contact our Customer Care team outside of Community.  They will be happy to look into the unexpected behavior in more depth, and escalate it for further investigation if necessary.
