Why did my payroll not deposit direct deposit today?

direct deposit says proccessed but no money went to employees

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a dynamic way to pay your staff with peace of mind.  I can understand the concern when the employees haven't received their funds with direct deposit.  I'd be happy to point you in the right direction so you're on the right track with your work!

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
