Hi there info1453,

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I love that you've been using QuickBooks Online Payroll to making paying your employees and tracking your payroll liabilities a breeze. It's important that you're aware of the changes you see to your Payroll Tax Liabilities, and I'd love to point you in the right direction.

The first step to take is to view the Audit Log. Taking a look here will indicate whether or not there've been changes made to your payroll taxes, who made the changes, what they were, and when they were made. If in fact something was altered, you'll be able to track it down. Here's how you can Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

You should also take a look at your historical tax payments to review them and ensure they're all recorded accurately. If for some reason you need to edit or re-enter a historical tax payment, check out this article: Enter historical payroll tax payments

Beyond these steps, some additional detail is required to get to the bottom of the issue. A screen share with one of our highly trained customer support experts might be exactly what you need in this scenario. They'll be able to chat with you in real-time, take a look in the back end, and help determine what's going wrong and what needs to be done to move forward. Here are some of the ways that you can get in touch with us outside of the Community:
