Why do paycheques show the old company address?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll has everything you need to pay your staff with confidence.  It's important that your company information is accurate on employee paycheques and all associated forms.  I'd be glad to assist!

To ensure the address is applied correctly, I recommend reviewing your work locations.  Here's how;

1. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Payroll Settings

2. Click on the Edit 📝 for Work Locations

3. Review the Address and Employees

4. Select Edit to make the appropriate changes

5. Hit Save
