Why does an employees payroll auto deposit keep getting rejected?

I have entered the numbers twice and know that I have entered what is on the PAD form.

I want to make sure you're able to get the help you need for this specific problem. Usually an employee's payroll gets rejected if the account or routing number is entered incorrectly. It happens when there are changes made to the employees bank information.

 

In your case, if you have the correct details and the payroll keeps being rejected, we need to have you contact or Payroll Support. This way, they can check what's causing the problem by running through your account logs.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Enter your query in Type something field.
