Hi there, 

 

Employees are an essential part of running a business. As the business owner, it's important that you're able to keep track of your employees in your QuickBooks Online account. If you're having trouble opening the employees section, try the troubleshooting steps I've suggested down below. 

 

1. Clear the cache and cookies in your web browser. These stored Internet files can build up over time and cause bugs in QuickBooks Online and other sites. Here's how to clear them: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

 

2. Use an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs independently from the rest of your browser. If you're not sure how to use it, or if you'd like more information about how it works, check out this article: Browse in private.

 

3. Use a different browser all together.
