Hi there farman-acountax-,

 

It's important that all your payroll information is entered correctly for your employees to be paid the right amount. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool able to help you calculate pay for your employees based on the hours they've worked. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with setting up your employees.

 

One possible cause for employees to be still marked as something missing while you've entered all information would be browsing data. These temporary files can accumulate in your browser, device, and system and cause similar errors in any cloud-based software like QuickBooks Online. Please try these steps, then once complete, try going into every section of the employees still showing with an exclamation mark to make sure all is entered. This can sometimes resolve the issue:

 

If the error persists, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify the employees in the system through a secure setting in order to see the cause of the exclamation point showing and help you finish the setup so that you can pay them for their hours worked.
