Why is quickbooks telling me I have 15 days until payday? I have set up for payroll twice a month, and haven't issued a paycheque since the middle of February.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a dynamic way to ensure your staff is paid as scheduled.  I'd be glad to assist!

When you're ready to Run payroll, use the ▼ dropdown menu to select the appropriate Pay period and ensure the Pay date is correct.  If you don't see the proper pay period, you'll want to take a look at your employee set up and their associated pay schedules.  Here's a helpful guide, for your reference.  If you experience the same result, please contact us outside of Community, so we can look further into it from our end.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
