Why isn't there an option this year to change client's address on the Taxpayer's information form in T1?

If the client saved their information immediately after the invitation, they will no longer be able to edit their address, @dulcecorporation. Let's tackle this concern step-by-step and find a solution together.

After the client has input and saved their T1 information, they will not be able to make any modifications on their own. However, the admin or the person who invited the client can manage address changes on their behalf directly from the client’s tab. Here’s how:

1. In your QBO, navigate to Clients.
2. From the Overview section, locate the client you wish to manage and click Edit client.
3. Change the client's address to the Billing address.
4. Once completed, hit Save.
