Why payroll won't accept employee address?

I am trying to set up a new employee and the address given, quickbooks says it doesn't match??

To get started, I recommend checking on the Canada Post website to ensure that the address you're entering in QuickBooks is showing up on the Canada Post website. Here's the link to the site: https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/info/mc/personal/postalcode/fpc.jsf. Once you've verified that the address is appearing on the Canada Post site, I suggest troubleshooting this issue by clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. Try this out and let me know what happens.
