Why these is a flay when I add new employee saying 'you need enter some missing information' ?

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  It's important that your employees are set up accurately in QuickBooks Online Payroll, to ensure a positive outcome on their pay period and yearly forms.  I'd be happy to help!

 

When you see a notification to enter missing information, follow these steps;

 

1. Open Payroll from the left menu and then Employees

2. Click on the employee that has an 'alert'

3. Review their Profile information and click the Edit ✎ next to the section with the alert

4. Complete the required fields

5. Hit Save when done
