Why was I suddenly charged $40 when I usually pay 15?

Understanding your monthly charges for your QBO account is absolutely necessary for a small business owner. I can see how seeing this increase in price may be concerning, and I want to make sure you're given the proper information about what's happening. 

 

The first thing I'd recommend you do is review your invoices within your account by clicking the Gear icon > Account and Settings > Billing and Subscription > View Payment History. By reviewing your invoices you may find out more information about why the price has changed. It may be that you've just come off a discount, or you've added additional services such as Payroll.
