Why won't my PD7A load when I click on View?

Hi tammy19,

 

You've come to the right place for help. I'd be happy to assist you with viewing your PD7A.

 

If you're having troubles with viewing the PD7A, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Doing this will clean your browser giving it a fresh new start. Here's an article with instructions on clearing cache and cookies: Clear Cache and Cookies. Give this a try and let me know what happens.

Here's how to access your PD7A:

  1.     From the left menu, select Taxes.
  2.     Select Payroll Tax.
  3.     Under the Forms section, select Monthly Forms or Quarterly Forms.
  4.     Select PD7A.
  5.     Choose the desired time period you'd like to run the report for.
  6.     Now you can:

        - View and print the form like you normally would
        - Archive the form for later

Hi there, 

I have cleared all the cache and cookies, to the best of my knowledge, using the instructions provided however, it still will not view to print.  Any further hints would be greatly appreciated.

Good to hear back from you. Are you trying to view the PD7A on your browser or you're using the Desktop app. The reason I ask is that there are some known issues with the Desktop app and viewing the PD7A. It's recommend you try to access the form using a browser for now. Feel free to ask questions.
