Being able to run payroll is essential to ensure that your employees get paid. QuickBooks Online payroll is a powerful program that gives you the ability to pay your employees and track your remittances. I'd be glad to provide you with some information regarding the payroll employee charge.

 

The $3/employee/month is only charged for the employees who were paid during that month. This fee does not apply to terminated employees and employees without pay for that month period.
