Workforce Access

I have a new employee who is trying to get access to Workforce.

 

While he has no recollection of using an Intuit program, when he goes to accept the invitation to Workforce, it asks him to sign in instead create a log in. So we requested that a code be sent to his email address. Once we have that, we are being asked for a 2nd verification. However the employee does not have access to the phone number anymore that it wants to send a code to. Next up is trying to verify it another way. However it is asking for personal information as if the employee is American instead of Canadian (ie asking for SSN instead of SIN and only gives states to select from instead of provinces).

 

What are our next steps to get the employee access to Workforce?
