Workforce emails not working. employees not receiving email from workforce

Welcome to Community!  Inviting your employees to Workforce is a great way to ensure they can access their paystubs and associated forms.  QuickBooks Online enables you to send the invitations directly to your staff, which will allow them to set up their Workforce profile.  It's essential that they receive the invitation in their email, so they can set up their Workforce account.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

Before sending Workforce invites to your employees, it's important to note that the email address they provide, isn't associated with any other QuickBooks product.  The email address must not be connected to any other Workforce account.  I suggest trying an alternate email address for your employees.
