Would quickbooks e-mail staff their pay sheet after each pay?

we are set up through quickbooks workforce but employees either neglect to sign up or don't print their pay stub.  we are wondering if quickbooks would automatically email them to employees?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks Online payroll is a dynamic program that can help make running your business smoother. I would be happy to provide some information.

 

At this time, the option to automatically send paystubs to employees, isn't available in QuickBooks. However, you do have the option to manually email them to your employees. You can do so by following the steps in this helpful guide. In addition, I encourage you to leave feedback by heading to the Gear icon and selecting the Feedback option. These comments are taken into consideration by our developers as they create new features and updates for QuickBooks.
