YTD values are not pulling over when I run payroll

It's great that you've chosen QuickBooks Online Payroll to manage your employee data and pay runs. Since making sure the module is calculating and showing you the information, such as YTD values, is an important part of accuracy for your books and keeping your employees informed, I want to make sure that the module is working correctly when you run payroll.

 

Typically when you set up payroll, include and prior payroll information for YTD, the program should sync these details automatically. From time to time, there's a hiccup and things get out of sync. In those instances, our support team may be able to help.
