Can anyone help me please because I changed a date ie: asked for previous financial year on dashboard and now I can't open my dashboard?

Changing the date range settings shouldn't impact your ability to view the Dashboard - I would recommend reaching out to our support team to go though some more specific troubleshooting to find out why this is happening for you. You can give us a call on 1800 046 038, or follow the steps below if you'd rather receive a callback or start a chat:

  1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Contact us and enter the details of your concern.
  3. Click Let's talk and choose Chat or Get a callback.
  4. Enter the required information.
