Hi, I migrated all data from Xero. Bank feeds were also set up; transactions were not reconciled before 3 accounts closing - now no transaction data. Is there a back up?

The Online version of QuickBooks doesn’t have a backup feature. If your transactions are missing, you can get in touch with our support team to transfer these transactions again. Here’s how to reach them:

1. Click Help at the top. 
2. Select Contact us. 
3. Provide a brief information about your concern. 
4. Click Let’s talk. 

Please also note that there are transactions that QuickBooks Online does not allow us to convert. These are:

•  Deposits 
•  Funds transfers 
•  Payroll payments 
•  Inventory Adjustment 
•  Receive money
