I'm trying to add an expense that's showing on my bank statement but not showing when I'm trying to reconcile the bank accounts. it tells me the payment account is wrong

Hi Darren, thanks so much for your question regarding add your expenses. 

 

When you are choosing the category for the expense, are you selecting a category which is listed as an expense? 

When you are looking at the list, it should tell you on the right hand side of each category what type of account it is.
