I wanted to reconcile my bank statements this morning and the "reconcile" options on the top of the screen (when going into accounting" is greyed out... any ideas?

Hi freshwaterbuildi,

 

Let's try accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using an incognito browser. This will rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. 

 

You can refer to these shortcut keys:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Internet Explorer or Firefox.
  • Press Ctrl Shift N for Chrome.
  • Hold down Command Shift N for Safari.

If it works, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache

 

You might want to switch to other support browsers and disable pop-up blockers if the issue persists.
