Why wont reconcilation section open on one of our bank accounts?

Unusual behavior like this might have been triggered by your browser. To check,  let’s try opening the reconciliation window again on a private window.  You can follow the commands below to start:

 

A. For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.

B. For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.

C. For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

 

If this works out, it would be best to clear your browser’s cache or use a different supported browser. Overloaded files stored in your browser can sometimes affect the program's performance.
