Great question! I may have just the thing that could work for you. :)

 

QuickBooks Online Essentials and Plus accounts have a feature called recurring transactions. With this feature, you can set up transactions that use the same information and happen more than once. You can set up recurring transactions for many different kinds of transactions, including expenses. Accessed through the Gear icon, the feature allows you to set what parameters you need, including whether it's only a reminder or a scheduled transaction, the start date, the end date, and how often it occurs.
