Banking Transactions/ Expenses missing after 12 months ago

Welcome to Community!  Missing transactions from your bank feed is definitely concerning, as year end is approaching.  QuickBooks Online has usage limits that vary by subscription.  However, you should be able to view all transactions in the timeline you've indicated.  I'd be glad to assist!

If you haven't done so already, I recommend clearing cache on your browser.  This will help to improve system performance and page loading times.  If you're still not able to view all of the transactions, follow these steps;

1. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Chart of accounts

2. Click on Account history in the Action column

3. Open the Filter (looks like a funnel)

4. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to select a Date, or enter a Custom date range

5. Hit Apply
