Can I transfer expenses incorrectly recorded in one company to another company in quickbooks?

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks Online is a great program that gives you the ability to easily track your sales and expenses. I'd be glad to help.

At this time, the option to transfer expenses from one QuickBooks account to another isn't available. You'd need to create the expenses in the other account. I encourage you to find a third-party app to perform the task you are looking for. You can click the Apps tab in the left navigation menu and then select Find Apps. If you added the expenses from the bank feed, you can connect the same bank in the other QuickBooks account to add them.
