Can I upload vendor's EFT direct information from excel to your software?

The ability to upload a vendor's EFT direct information to QuickBooks makes things easy and manageable. I'll be glad to share more info on this.

At this time, there isn't a way to accomplish what you've just described. I know how having this feature would help save time on your end and I'll make sure to send feedback about this to our engineers. In the meantime, I have a good workaround you can try using. QuickBooks Desktop offers third-party apps which allow you to integrate an excel file with QuickBooks. To search for these apps, visit this link here. Once you're on the site, you can enter the appropriate keywords related to what you're looking for such as Excel.
