Deleted receipts online show up in App to be reviewed

Why is it when I delete a receipt online it shows up in the mobile app as a receipt to be reviewed?  I have to review it twice, once online and once on the app to make sure it’s not a different receipt.  This is very frustrating and if I have other snapped receipts waiting to be reviewed in the app it gets lost.

Thanks for reaching out here.  It's important that the receipts you upload from the QuickBooks mobile app are aligned with your QuickBooks Online account.  I'd be happy to provide some insight here!

 

If you haven't done so already, I do recommend refreshing the app to ensure it's up-to-date.  You may opt to uninstall and reinstall it as well, to see if you get the same result.  If the issue persists, please contact us outside of Community.  Our Customer Care team will be able to review the unexpected behavior and escalate if for further investigation, if required.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
