Does QBO have it's own payment processing for EFT

Hello all, 

I am currently using a third-party service that is partnered with QBO for my EFT payments, however I seem to be running into a variety of issues. 

 

Does QBO offer its own service, or are there any 3rd party software that you would recommend?

Hi AR1305,

 

Welcome to Community!  Recording your EFT payments in QuickBooks Online can be done seamlessly.  However, you will still need to complete the transaction outside of your books.  I can understand the benefit of having this feature available, and you can submit a suggestion to our Development Team by going to your Settings ⚙ and select Feedback.  In the interim, you can review other options for third party apps here.

EFT option is a standard payment these days. Not sure how and why this is overlooked. The software should be able to create files using the standard file formats acceptable by banks. ACH third party tool does integrate well with the Desktop Premier but not the Online version. We are now manually inputting the ACH payment reference when paying through QBO/ACH
