Emailing vendors

Hello there, 

The ability to email payment details to your vendors is a vital part of maintaining a healthy relationship with them. I'll be happy to share more info about this. 

Here are the steps to sending payment details to vendors:

1. Click Edit and look for Preferences

2. Scroll down to Send Forms

3. From this screen, you can adjust your email preference options

4. After you've adjusted your email settings, go to the Homepage

5. Select the form you'd like to send to your vendor 

6. Look for the Email option and select the appropriate form

7. Enter the vendor's email address if you haven't already and from here, you should be able to send the email
